Final decision on NATO supply not yet taken: PM

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that no final decision has been taken with regard to resumption of NATO supplies so far. Talking to media on Friday after a meeting with Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Pervez Elahi, he said that the Parliamentary Committee on National Security gave its recommendations and the Defence Committee of Cabinet had disused them. “I have four priorities for the upcoming budget,” said Gilani, listing them down as electricity, employment, no new taxes and relief to the agriculture sector.

Staff Report KARACHI: Sindh council of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) discussed 28-page document consisting of proposals over local bodies system to be introduced in the province, SAMAA reports Friday.
