Staff Report WASHIGNTON: US State Secretary Hillary Clinton has called up Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani by phone, requesting the latter to attend Afghan Talks to be held in Bonn, Germany from Monday, reports SAMAA on late Saturday. Meanwhile, PM Gilani informed Clinton of the undeterred resolve taken by Cabinet’s Defense Committee and the National Security Committee of parliament not to attend Bonn Conference so as to send the strong message over killings of 24 Pakistan military troops in a cross-border raid by Nato forces. A scheduled visit to the United States by a delegation comprising Pakistan military officers has also been called off in the wake of Nato killings.
