NBC To Rewnew ’30 Rock’, ‘Community’ & ‘Parks’ For Shortened Seasons

For those who are big fans of NBC’s Thursday night comedy line up, the news is good as the network is close to smoothing out deals for 30 Rock , Parks and Recreation and Community to return next season—but there’s a catch. In what will be the seventh (and most likely final) season of 30 Rock , the Emmy-winning comedy series has been cut down to an episode count of only 13 or 14 shows. NBC has secured deals with the series’ key writers as well as co-executive producers Jack Burditt, Josh Siegal and Dylan Morgan

Catch up again with new MW3 DLC maps on PS3

It is catch up time once again for Modern Warfare 3 owners on PS3 now, as Activision has confirmed that another two maps will be available for premium members this week, one month after releasing on Xbox 360. Sanctuary and Foundation have been available on the Xbox 360 since April, but PS3 owners with a premium Call of Duty Elite subscription will be pleased to hear that you’ll finally be able to get your taste of the new maps on Thursday May 10. June is set to be an even better month for PS3 owners, as four new maps are set to become available essentially coming in the form of a traditional map pack that used to be the norm with Modern Warfare 2.

Earlier this week we spoke about the lack of games on the PS Vita , but the good news is that there are some great titles on the way for Sony’s new handheld that should breath a new lease of life back into the system. One of these games is undoubtedly the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid HD Collection which is set to release at the end of June. The game will include full versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and it is the latter which we have some gameplay to show you.
Rebecca Hall Now Up For Lead Role in ‘Iron Man 3′

Two weeks ago, it looked as if Marvel Studios had landed another promising star to join the growing cast of Iron Man 3 , but we found out yesterday that Oscar-nomintated Jessica Chastain simply couldn’t take the gig due to scheduling conflicts. Chastain had reportedly beat out Diane Kruger, Gemma Arterton and Isla Fisher for the part, but it’s none of these names who Marvel Studios is in talks with now for the role.
